I was lucky enough to get a ticket and go to the Meals on Wheels benefit dinner with Affinity Connection this year. The speaker this year was Coquese Washington, the new coach of the Lady Lions basketball team.
Wow, what a super cool lady. So much better than the speech last year. She really is an inspiration and I can't wait to see the Lady Lions play next year.
I also tried this thing:
I was excited until I smelled it. It smelled like the inside of a crab. A dead crab.
The aftermath.
Everything else was really good, including a little triangle of something that I did not take a picture of, and I had a really good time all night!
