Friday, March 14, 2008: My kitchen: Walnut and Goat cheese pizza.
I wanted to recreate the magic that was this gourmet pizza from Oakland. We gave it a fair shot.
Our crust is the whole wheat dough from Wegmans. It is soooooo yummy.
I used Feta cheese for the goat cheese. And diamond walnuts.
Yum.
the other half of the pizza was mushroom and spinach. Very, very good as well, but I'll stick with the walnuts.
