Today Troy and I helped Jess and Bill paint her apt. Whew. I didn't realize how tall the ceilings were, nor how thin the paint would be, and it was a little bit more of a job than I thought it would be.
First, the living room. The color is Shortbread which had Jess completely freaking out. It came to be a very pale yellow and quite nice. Best of all, we got rid of the peach that is prevalent in her flat.

Jess is in the process of painting the trim a green right now. I'm sure it will look great!
They fed us both lunch and dinner. For lunch we had ham BBQ and macaroni salad.
I've never had it before, and Jess wasn't joking when she said that Bill is a good cook. He is.
I've never had macaroni salad with green peppers. It was really very good. Great job Jess.
For dinner we went to the Hoffbrau and had a Sausage and Ricotta pizza. Yum. It was huge.
Thanks for being such great paint partners Jess and Bill. You made a day that could be shitty - fun.
